All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the health and well-being of conference participants.

All participants are required to register to participate at the Water Safety Conference 2024. Before starting your registration, please
first carefully read the Registration information. Early Bird registration deadline: July 1, 2024.

Please remember that the registration process consists of 2 steps:

Complete the Registration Form: Fill it out with all the required information on our website.
Make the Corresponding Payment: Follow the instructions provided after completing the form to make your payment.

In celebration of IWA World Water Congress Week, if you register between August 9 and 15, you will benefit from early registration rates.

Registration payment

Reduced fee only applies, if both registration and payment are received before May 01, 2024.

Student’s registration

Provide proof of student eligibility by e-mailing a copy of your student status certificate or ID card to in advance of the conference. Bring your original student status certificate letter or ID card when you pick up your conference documents at the registration desk. Both actions are mandatory to be eligible for a student registration. If you do not provide the student status documentation you will be charged the full registration rate.

Confirmation

Participants will only receive a written confirmation from the Water Safety Conference 2024 Registration Office when payment is received in full. Registration and payment will be automatically confirmed by e-mail (as a PDF document). Therefore, please indicate while registering an e-mail address, which you check frequently.

Cancellation

Until June 30, 2024: Refund of 50% of total amount paid
From June 30 to July 31, 2024: Refund of 20% of total amount paid
After August 01, 2024: No refunds are possible after this date.
Refunds will be calculated based on the date by which we receive the written cancellation notice.

Liability, personal insurance and expenses

The organizers of the Water Safety Conference 2024 would like to point out that all expenses for travelling, extra accommodation as well as accident and illness insurance or any health related, or personal cost have to be covered in full by the participating company or by the participant. The organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for theft, loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the Conference. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip. Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Organizers reserve the right to make changes and adjustments to the information in this website.
